If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds / Exchange

Once we receive your item and after inspection, we will notify you on the status of your refund / exchange.

If your return is approved, we will process an exchange item. If this is not applicable, then we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the original payment method.

Postage / Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
